It’s Time to Roll Up Our Sleeves

We here in America sometimes (often?) believe that Scouting is only here in America, forgetting or not knowing that this is a world-wide movement in 215 other countries with a combined total of over 31 MILLION youth served. IN fact, the USA – even before the LDS withdrawal – was not even the country with the highest number of Scouting youth. So, if – thanks to avaricious attorneys for finding yet another “class action” gambit – Scouting in the U.S. becomes moribund, it will be barely a blip on the world-wide Scouting screen. What an embarrassment! It’s time to roll up our sleeves. Every Scout and former Scout needs to stand up for what we believe made us the better citizens we are today.
