Scouting teaches for life

I was a rather shy kid, when I was growing up. Only through scouting I found the courage to go out and talk to other people. But not only I learned lots of social skills in scouting, I would say, I learned most of the skills I need today in my work life though scouting: Leadership, communication, organizing and planning, teamwork, etc.
